2023 End of year challenge!

As the holiday season is upon us, we all know what’s waiting around the corner…

  • Cookies and sweets galore;

  • Holiday parties that go late into the evening and include lots of alcohol;

  • Stress in buying the perfect gifts for everyone;

  • Prioritizing everything except your health

We don’t want this to be the case for you!

What we know about health is that the more CONSISTENT we can be, the better results we are going to get. So that unfortunately means the 3 month hiatus we all want to take during the holidays will bite us in the ass long term.

Many things make up our health: sleep, exercise, nutrition, recovery, mental state….

The End Of Year Challenge is all about committing to ONE thing regarding your health and sticking to it until the end of 2023! It could be…

  • Attending CFP classes a minimum of 3x per week;

  • Eating at least 120 grams of protein per day;

  • Going to bed by 9pm Monday-Friday;

  • Drinking 64oz of water per day;

  • Having less than 3 alcoholic drinks per week;

  • Journaling 3x per week.

How it will work…..

There will be a sign up sheet at the gym where you will state your commitment and check in each week on how it’s going. Extra credit: lean on your community to support you by choosing an accountability buddy and check in with each other throughout the week!

So let’s bring in this new year with a focus on our health!
